From the moment you inquire with us, you can expect
friendly, helpful service with every effort made to answer
your questions and make the process of hiring a DJ as simple
and straightforward as possible |

We feel the most important element in this
relationship is communication. Upon selecting Action21, you will have access to your DJ 24 hours a day.
This includes their phone number and e-mail address. You may
contact your DJ as many times as you feel necessary to make
you feel comfortable and confident about your upcoming event |

Final preparations for your event will take place no
later than 10 days prior to your event. Preparations will
be coordinated with your DJ. Your Online Event Planner
access will be blocked at this time to ensure we can
accommodate your requests. |

Set-up for your event will occur no later than one
hour prior to the start of your event, unless arrangements
have been made to set-up at a different, pre-arranged time |

The Action21 staff will conduct themselves
in a friendly and professional manner at all times during
your event. Every effort will be made to execute your event
based on the preparation itinerary created from discussions
with your DJ and your Online Worksheet criteria. Action21 always takes requests, but
cannot guarantee all requests will be played because of time
constraints and other factors that may be beyond our control |

concludes. Your opinion about Action21 is very
important to us. Following your event you will receive a
event survey form asking you to critique our
service. If you are satisfied with Action21, we
