Q - How many songs can
the DJ play? |
|
A - The average is
15-20 songs per hour - 60-80 songs for a 4 hour reception. |

Q - Can we choose the
songs we want to hear? |
|
A - Of course! Just
write any requests in the online planner section and send us an email on
any songs you may want that were not found in our database. |
|
Q - When does the DJ time start? |
|
A - From the moment the 1st sounds come
out of the DJ System. |
|
Q - Do you also handle
ceremonies? |
|
A - Yes ! We even have a lapel
mic for your preacher so your guests can hear what is going on. |

Q - Can you help us organize our
wedding.? |
|
A - The online
reception
schedule will help you to organize the times & sequence of
events !

Q - Who will be our D.J.? |
|
A - Your D.J. will be personally
assigned to you according to your requests.

Q - What time will the
D.J. Arrive? |
|
A - Your D.J. will
arrive apx 2 hours prior to starting time! |

Q - Do we feed the DJ? |
|
A - It is appreciated on events lasting
4 hours or more. The DJ usually has an assistant too. |
|
Q - Can we also do Karaoke? |
|
A - Of course! Action21 offers Karaoke Services
at no additional charge - but you must arrange for this when you book
your event. |

Q - What do we need to provide the DJ? |
|
A - A table to setup on within 20' of a
power outlet. Table should be skirted to match event. |
|
Q - Can we make changes? |
|
A - Changes can be made up to 10 days
before your wedding. |
|
Q - Do we need to tip our DJ? |
|
A - Absolutely NOT! |
|
Q - Are there any setup/teardown costs? |
|
A - No. Our time starts once any
sound comes from our DJ Setup - ie, announcements, background music. |

Q - What about travel costs? |
|
A - Within 1 hour travel time of
Charleston WV no charge. Every 1/2 hour travel (one way) add $50. |
|
Q - Can we extend the hours requested? |
|
A - each additional hour beyond the
initial contract will be $85. Unless it is the actual event day
and you want to extend an hour - then the rate is $125 ea hour. Please
plan accordingly in advance. |
