 5/2008 – Present Alta  contracting Services for EDS Dept of Army HRC

 Project Team Lead for upgrade of entire Dept of the Army HRC Division Servers and Asset accountability prior to BRAC (Base Relocation and Closure).  Worked from a mixed environment of NSM 3.x and R11.1 SP1 Ga Agents and Managers and brought the entire enterprise up to the latest Unicenter NSM and DSM Releases. Designed a solution to monitor Critical Web Page status of UP/DOWN using WTG,WILY and NSM.   Provided asset accountability, performance reports, and visualization to different levels of management and SA groups throughout the enterprise utilizing DSM and CA APM.

Architected and executed entire plan which came in on time and on budget.  Demanded documentation of all administrator procedures in accordance with ITIL certification. 

Project team lead designing and implementing Unix Security using SSO, CA Access Control.

Started as the Windows Team Lead in 2003. Assisted in the architecture of a new data center containing over 735 Servers. Obtained bids for equipment, screened applicants, and led the Windows Team to successfully installing our Dept of HUD servers in just 4 days.  Using CA Unicenter Products of Asset Management, Web Reporting, Performance Management, and NSM we were able to take the Dept of HUD from an F- rating in their IT Dept to an A+ rating in just 2 years time.  Contract was SLA and ITIL Compliant which means we performed to above expectation levels.

Current Responsibilities - Maintaining NSM R11 Environment, DSM R11 environment, keeping Unicenter Servers up to date with current patch levels and jobsets. Involved in daily reviews for Requests For Changes (RFC). Review and maintain statistics on SLA reportables.

Managed over 20,000 objects via NSM R11 & DSM R11. Automation of alerts sent via pager, email and consoles. Responsible for CA Unicenter Patch management and administration. A member of the Systems Integrity and Performance Management team.
